Course Description

This 16-week course teaches health through plain human biology rather than through jargon, ideology, or fads. Participants learn how repeated daily inputs shape function over time. Every lecture returns to the same four anchors: energy, nutrients, sleep, and movement. Each week explains one biological principle in simple language, reviews practical options people may choose to test, and asks participants to reevaluate their own weekly chart.

The course does not require everyone to adopt the same diet or routine. It teaches participants how to observe the body, identify patterns, and understand how small changes can accumulate over time.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand how energy, nutrients, sleep, and movement affect human biology
  • Track their own patterns and observe responses to behavior changes
  • Identify sources of energy instability, nutrient deficiency, sleep disruption, and movement deficit
  • Discuss evidence-based options for metabolic health, sleep quality, and physical function
  • Recognize environmental exposures and household factors affecting health
  • Design a personalized, sustainable health plan based on observation and pattern recognition
  • Weekly live Zoom lectures (90 minutes each, recorded)
  • Participant workbook with weekly summaries and reflection prompts
  • Weekly tracker (printable one-page format)
  • Resource library (food lists, product guides, recommended readings)
  • Private course community (online discussion forum)
  • Complete weekly chart updates (minimum 14 of 16 weeks)
  • Submit weekly reflections (brief, 2-3 sentences on what worked/didn't)
  • Complete final comparison of baseline (Week 0) versus Week 16
  • Submit personal 90-day health plan (1-2 pages, using course template)
