This 16-week course teaches health through plain human biology rather than through jargon, ideology, or fads. Participants learn how repeated daily inputs shape function over time. Every lecture returns to the same four anchors: energy, nutrients, sleep, and movement. Each week explains one biological principle in simple language, reviews practical options people may choose to test, and asks participants to reevaluate their own weekly chart.
The course does not require everyone to adopt the same diet or routine. It teaches participants how to observe the body, identify patterns, and understand how small changes can accumulate over time.
