INSTRUCTOR: Brigitta Jansen, MS, CNS, CDN
Description: From Hulda Clark, ND PhD, to Hanna Kroeger, Lee Cowden, MD, and Dietrich Klinghardt, MD PhD, many holistic practitioners have identified parasites as a contributor to, if not a cause, of chronic diseases like auto-immune disorders, allergies, digestive disorders, autism, arthritis and more. Extracellular parasites include helminths (worms), protozoa (amoebas), as well as intracellular parasites like Lyme and co-infections (technically bacterial), toxoplasmosis, malaria and others.
This course will examine some of the over 300 extracellular species that can colonize the gut and tissues of the human body, as well as intracellular parasites that infect cells.
We will discuss evidence of links to chronic diseases, links to heavy metals and other toxins, testing and treatment options. We will also look at the importance of detoxing to avoid reinfection.
